Step into a glamorous night on the red carpet as we celebrate 30 years of inspiring performances, artistic excellence, and community connection at the Performing Arts Center’s 30th Anniversary Celebration!
Inspired by the PAC's inaugural event, the Hard Hat Ball, this unforgettable evening will fill both the outdoor Plaza and the PAC's Christopher Cohan Center with continuous live performances by local artists and entertainment around every corner.
The celebration will also showcase the best of our region with food and beverage offerings from local restaurants, wineries (including Stephen Ross!), breweries, distilleries, and more.
Whether you’re a longtime patron, an artist, a supporter, or a first-time visitor, this milestone event is an opportunity to honor this community-built Center’s legacy and look ahead to its exciting future.

A Special Evening with Paula Dooley and Brisa Lopez: A Wine and Food Celebration
Join us for a very special evening at The Bottle Shop, welcoming special guests Paula Dooley, owner of Stephen Ross Wine Cellars, and Brisa Lopez, one of the most outstanding chefs in the Los Angeles area.
Paula is the owner along with her husband/winemaker Stephen Dooley, of Stephen Ross Wines. Paula and Stephen have been producing some of the best Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and various other varietals for over 30 years. Paula will be featuring five wines that Brisa will pair perfectly with her creations.
Brisa Lopez is the owner and chef of Tacos Casa. She prepares authentic Mexican food and is known for the freshness and quality of her food. The Eaton Fire destroyed her business but she is resilient and has “ganas” as she continues to fight and recover from the fire. Her food is spectacular.

Del Mar Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting | October 3, 2026 | 1-4 PM
Set across the beautiful fields of Surf Sports Park, guests spend the afternoon wandering through a celebration of San Diego and Baja’s vibrant food, wine, and coastal culture. Join us for a relaxed, come-and-go afternoon at the Central Coast Aquarium in Avila Beach, where we’ll gather to welcome our Barrel Adopters, share some wine, and enjoy good company in a setting that’s a little outside the ordinary.
