Spring has arrived on the SLO Coast, and we’re celebrating with a wine hunt.
Introducing Hop the Coast, a month-long spring adventure happening April 1–30.
Six Vines. One Hunt.
Hop between participating wineries, collecting a custom cork at each stop, and redeeming it for a special treat at each location. It’s the perfect excuse to explore the SLO Coast at your own pace.

Spring is calling — and we’re ready to pour.
Join us this April for the SLO Coast Wine Social: Spring Pours & Vinyl, a relaxed, outdoor afternoon of wine, music, and coastal vibes at Tolosa Winery.
Enjoy fresh spring releases from 15 SLO Coast wineries and connect with the people behind the pours in a welcoming, discovery-driven setting. Whether you're looking to find a new favorite wine or simply soak up a beautiful spring day, this casual tasting is all about great wine and charming company.
Feel the groove with vinyl spun by Vinylistics 805 throughout the event, and treat yourself to artisan charcuterie available for purchase from Monique of Board in SLO.
Annual Barrel Adopter Dinner | May 2, 2026
Join us for one of our most anticipated evenings of the year: our Annual Barrel Adopter Dinner. This intimate gathering brings together the wines you help bring to life, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu and shared among great company.
This year, we return to Café Roma, which holds a special place in our history, having hosted our very first Barrel Adopter Dinners beginning in 1995. It’s a full-circle moment we’re excited to share with you.
Each guest will enjoy a curated dining experience with a choice of land, ocean, or vegetarian entrée, alongside a selection of Stephen Ross wines.
Reservations are initially limited to two per Barrel Adopter, with additional seats to be released following the initial RSVP period.
We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of exceptional wine, seasonal cuisine, and meaningful connection.

Rosé the SLO Way at Hotel SLO | April 19, 2026 | 1-4 PM
The ultimate pink party! Join us at Hotel SLO’s Garden Courtyard to celebrate the latest vintage of Central Coast Rosé.
Taste over 25 premier Rosés paired with delectable creations from Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and his team at Ox + Anchor and Piadina. Enjoy signature bites from special guest chef Dustin Valette of Sonoma Wine Country and locally celebrated chefs Chris Shackelford (Dolphin Bay), Anna Andriese (Haute Skillet), Levi Richard (Chumash Casino), and as well as the return of all-stars Morro Bay Oyster Co., Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, and Sichuan Kitchen SLO. Sample sweet treats from local favorites Breda and Harmony Valley Creamery.
Mingle with the winemakers, enjoy fabulous fashion, music, dancing, and the return of the Woods Cuddle Corner brimming with adorable adoptable puppies and kittens to melt your heart.
Proceeds from this year’s party go to support Woods Humane Society and Cal Poly Scholarships.

Red, White & Blue Bash
Join us for the 21st Annual Taste of Pismo — Red, White & Blue Bash, an iconic Central Coast celebration set against the sweeping ocean views of Dinosaur Caves Park.
Enjoy an unforgettable afternoon featuring 40+ local vendors serving creative savory bites, decadent desserts, exceptional wines, craft brews, and finely crafted spirits. Live music from our main stage sets the soundtrack as you stroll, sip, and savor everything Taste of Pismo has to offer.
In honor of our nation’s 250th birthday, this year’s event goes all out with a festive Red, White & Blue Bash. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite patriotic attire and celebrate Pismo Chamber–style with great food, incredible drinks, live music, and one of the most scenic settings on the Central Coast.

Downtown San Luis Obispo's largest tasting event of the year!
Over 100 Retailers, Wineries, Breweries, & Restaurants.
Local wineries, beverage providers, restaurants, and caterers from around the county will serve tastings and small bites at downtown retail locations. “Sip & Saunter” your way through downtown’s beautiful tree-lined streets, sample some of the Central Coast’s finest food and drink, enjoy live music, and discover the unique retailers in San Luis Obispo.
