Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from (Stephen Ross Wine Cellars). Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from (Stephen Ross Wine Cellar) are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington & Washington D.C.

Shipping Costs

FedEx Ground is Stephen Ross Wine Cellars carrier of choice. Express Saver or overnight shipping is provided by FedEx at current market rates. *Note – The customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

We HIGHLY recommend you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to have more control over your shipments. https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html

Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect address information, too many missed attempts, or failure to pick up from FedEx within five days will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. (Stephen Ross Wine Cellars) makes every effort to ship wine when the temperatures are moderate. However, we are not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
