Redcurrants, leather, peppery spice, spicy herbs, and violets all emerge from the 2023 Pinot Noir La Encantada Vineyard, which was vinified with 100% stems and aged 16 months in 33% new French oak. It's beautiful on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a pure, layered mouthfeel and a great finish. Drink 2026-2033.
